Family Child Care Providers & Educators
The Care Village Fair is a Long Beach community event created to educate families, strengthen public understanding of family child care, elevate the industry’s visibility, and highlight the vital role licensed educators play in early learning.
We invite family child care providers from Long Beach and surrounding cities to participate as industry ambassadors, educating families about the services provided through family child care programs and helping them discover the benefits, flexibility, and value of home-based early education.
Participating providers will receive a booth space, the opportunity to create a small children’s activity area, and visibility alongside early childhood partners and community organizations. This will be a first-of-its-kind event where family child care is placed at the center of early education.
This advocacy-focused event is centered on education, collaboration, and elevating family child care as a professional field.
After you apply and express interest in participating, you will receive additional information, guidelines, and expectations. A required virtual information session will be held to review event details and answer questions.
