THE TOMA FOUNDATION

At The Toma Foundation, we are committed to strengthening the connection between early childhood educators and the families they serve, creating a more informed, supported, and connected community. Our mission is to empower early childhood educators, support families, and provide meaningful tools and resources that elevate the quality and understanding of early care and education.

We do this by offering essential resources, ongoing support, and educational initiatives that not only promote growth and development but also increase visibility, strengthen the educator voice, and improve access to high-quality childcare options.

We believe in the power of community—where every child, family, and educator is recognized as part of a larger system of care. Through our work, we aim to ensure that families have access to trusted, high-quality early education and that educators are valued, supported, and seen as professionals essential to the well-being of our communities.
